We processed the stainless steel PHONE STAND on the Micro Dynamics MEGA 30V, demonstrating this machine's precise cutting technology from 1 to 8 μm.

The MEGA/TERA Series features Mitsubishi CNC M830VW Control which is well suited to high-speed, high-accuracy machining and multi-axis, multi-part system control.
Tool Setup
Tool Setup is one of our HMI, which it’s a function that works with Renishaw LTS for tool length measurement.
By only ticking the tools you want to measure and our HMI would export a program and run automatically. In short time, you’d be ready to cut. It’s way much faster and safer, moreover, it’s standard for all our MEGA/TERA series.

Part Setup
Part Setup is one of our HMI, which can optimize the performance of the machine and save your time for measurement.
In this video, we demonstrate the machine’s unique torque control function.
With the precise torque control, you can measure the part/workpiece easily by just running our program with a standard tool.

Magazine Monitor is one of our HMI, which is desinged specially for the end users. The interface is easily understandble, and it’s standard for all our MEGA/TERA series.
ATC Recovery
ATC Recovery is one of our HMI, which can recover the ATC to normal position when you encounter problems on tool change.
In our HMI system, you can choose to either complete the tool change or cancel the tool change by one click.

Micro Dynamics MEGA 30VT & TERA 50VT are five axis trunnion (4+1) table machines with hydraulic brakes. All models can be ordered with a face plate with side pads or with a bigger face plate. For automation, the through hole of the rotary table allows of the plumbing of hydraulics, pneumatics or other devices.
